How does "foster to adopt" work?
Our foster to adopt program is our way of trying to ensure that our kittens can find their forever homes as soon as possible. It is quite common for us to have a young kitten in care that has an adoption interest but because of its age and/or size it can not be desexed at the time of adoption.
Foster to adopt is where you will sign up as a FOSTER CARER for the cat you are interested in. You will provide the cat with everything a forever family provides. HOWEVER, the cat will remain our legal property and we will be responsible for his/her vet bills. Once the cat can be safely desexed, we will finalise the adoption with all money due and paperwork filled out.

When can we "foster to adopt"?
Any kitten will not be placed into care until it is over 8 weeks old. HOWEVER, if we are not confident that that kitten should be leaving our care for whatever reason, it will not do so. The time in which a kitten will be allowed to go will ONLY be influenced by us and the decision will be made based on the kitten's best interests.
